Hello guys... in this 2nd post i will show you Napoli Pre Season result, i`m very satisfied with Napoli training & performance in Pre Season with 8 win 2 draw in 10 match including match versus Juventus in Gianluigi Buffon Testimonial Match.


there are some offers during Pre Season




Manchester United and Arsenal trying to sign some of  my important player, but i can reject the offer without make my player unhappy. usually some player will unhappy if we reject the offer from bigger club, here some tips to reject the offer without make our player unhappy :

1. Set the asking price 3 or 4 times from the value
2. If they still make an offer below asking price don`t reject it, but negotiate the offer with the asking price until they withdraw the offer or make another non negotiate offer.
3. If they make non negotiate offer reject it with the offer is not good enough reason.

That tips always work for me to secure my player from bigger club.

The shocking news is

Dries Mertens injury for 7 to 8 months, it almost whole competition... for backup i promoted Youssef Maleh from U-21 squad, i expect a good performance from him, if he fail... i will sign/loan player in winter transfer.
