Hello...my name Rully from Indonesia. This is my first post in this blog, i`ll try to create a journey of me as a Manager in my favorite game Football Manager 2016. Here we go....

First i`ll start my journey in Napoli, why ? because last time Napoli win Serie A was 15 years ago in season 89/90, after that best position they achieve was runner up in season 12/13. And i have mission to make Napoli win Serie A and shining again like Maradona era, alright... lets begin

i will not buy any player right now because they all suit with the tactic i use, here is the tactic



i use 4-2-3-1 because it fit with Napoli player and i love... love... love... possession football, hope this tactic will help me to accomplish my mission.
